オンライン上ではなし。現地でランチの予約等により追加する場合もありますが、事前にお知らせします。
予約キャンセルおよび返金ポリシ ー
お客様のご都合によるキャンセルの場合、予定日から起算して一週間前まではキャンセル無料。三日前までは50％、当日は100％の予約金をいただきます。
返金は手数料を差し引いた金額を、ご指定の口座へお振込みいたします。
悪天候やこちらの都合でのキャンセルの場合、キャンセル料は無料となり、手数料はこちらの負担で100％の予約金をご指定の口座にお振込みいたします。

決済期間
クレジットカード決済の場合はただちに処理されますが、国内の銀行振込の場合は注文から 3 日以内にお振り込みいただく必要があります。

予約金、おひとり1万円。
プライベート確約金、２万円。
オンライン決済は予約金とプライベート確約金になります。残金は現地での決済で構いません。

Additional fees and charges
There are no additional fees charged online. However, on-site charges may be added for services such as lunch reservations, but you will be notified beforehand.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees apply:

No cancellation fee if canceled up to 7 days before the reservation date

50% of the reservation fee if canceled up to 3 days before

100% of the reservation fee if canceled on the day of the reservation
Refunds will be made to your designated bank account, minus any transaction or processing fees.
In case of cancellation due to bad weather or our circumstances, no cancellation fee will be charged. We will refund 100% of the reservation fee to your designated bank account, and we will cover any transaction fees.

Payment Period
For credit card payments, the transaction is processed immediately. For bank transfers, payment must be completed within 3 days of placing the order.
Sales Price
Reservation Deposit: ¥10,000 per person
Private Tour Guarantee Fee: ¥20,000
Online payments cover the reservation deposit and the private tour guarantee fee. The remaining balance can be paid on-site.
